The SkyRC Rubber Tire Sander has a 7.2V-12V and can be can be powered by a power supply, as well as powered directly from a LiPo battery (power cables come equipped with 4.0mm bullet plugs). 

The Tire Sander is a quick and easy way to remove the seam from the center of a new tire, without having to take several laps around the track.
